What this normally amounts to is someone trying to sell you a house or flat which is supposedly cheaper than it should be. Sounds good but there is a problem! How do you know that what you are buying really is BMV? 

What is the real value and how has this been calculated? Ask any estate agent and they will tell you that a property is only worth what someone will pay for it. Wouldn't it make more sense to look for a property which will yield a specific return on investment (ROI) rather than be x% BMV?

• We will then source a property for you on the open market which meets this criteria.

  • Once you have completed the purchase, we find you a tenant and if required we will manage the tenancy through our lettings agency.
